April 10, 2018 — Tuesday — The deadline for changing of status from VAT to Non-VAT was moved to April 30, 2018.
Extending Deadline for the Better
In accordance with Revenue Regulations No. 15-2018 that was issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the deadline for updating of registration from VAT to Non-VAT was extended from its previous date which is March 30, 2018 to April 30, 2018 (Monday), in order to give self-employed individuals and/or professional taxpayers more time to adjust with the new provisions as brought by the TRAIN Law.
