This Revenue Regulation amends RR. No 8-2018, which extends the due date for updating of status from VAT to Non-VAT.
Pursuant to the provisions presented in Section 244 in relation with Section 245 of the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC), this Revenue Regulation extends the deadline when it comes to updating of registration from VAT to Non-VAT from its previous deadline (March 31, 2018) to April 30, 2018.
